Today the Senate Judiciary Committee continues to review
Media recently broadcasted that no-one is to talk about #VietNam! I was there after opening bank accounts International, and YES to hearings oversight committee, there ARE international Laws which Every Entity that is Incorporated including banks, states, municipalities are required to follow. I will talk, as President Ronald Reagan of The United States of America said “It’s About Dam Time, Don’t let them silence you“! Vietnam became an immigration portal from territories with people who did not have adequate food supplies nor knowledge of how to construct safer and healthier habitats. I witnessed and was victim to a GREAT deal of violence including torture and imprisonment as I was a small Minor child whose family I travelled with were transported to health facilities after attacks occurred as peace matters were ongoing pertaining to the needs of harvesting crops that would have been destroyed if they were not tended to. Some who travelled from other continents did not want to harvest, and forced themselves upon transportation to the United States. Still here. Immigration Policies are precise about only non-violent people are allowed to visit with proper documented passports and requests for visa stays expire. Pending Education in colleges and Universities, Careers here do not give Citizenship however Visa status to learn and work with others in fields exist and also expire. Athletes are often here longer than 2 years who participate in peace and diplomatic matters, which is a legal requirement to extend their Stay longer than 2 years, not all of them are peaceful however and have had violent crimes they have participated in. May or may not be participating in League sports, however attempt to stay in The United States under competing for the @olympics. The olympics rules include ONLY non-violent people can compete. There are VISA term limits of 2 years, the same length of time as some elected jobs. In Vietnam I watched American Military soldiers being murdered with their tags ripped off of their necks, gathered and placed on necks of their killers who were not from the United States. In recent @olympic games I have seen the same behaviors with competitors bragging on @bbc of their intent to corrupt the world while still seeking sponsorship money to live on as the medals in the category of competition have a guideline to offer the winner such funds which they are NOT eligible for. There were criminals who had travelled to Vietnam via @Army to work off time courts had imposed for rapes, murders as there was inadequate detention facilities aka JAILS and PRISONS to hold them. When attacking or committing crimes while given opportunity to work off time, sentences are converted to LIFE in prison No Pardon, No Parole, No Appeal. The shadow of doubt lurking about whether the right person is incarcerated has included identities switched by education history files, medical files, lab tests, fingerprint files being switched, people working using others Identification licenses and social security #’s even prior to Vietnam and the number of cases that I am aware exists of Identity Thieves has Swamped the planets civility causing military conflicts prior to and over the past 50 years that I am aware of. Where do they find names they choose and go to court for name changes, some of them have 10 and more with their fingerprints on them attempting to erase The Confederacy, which IS the founding family of citizens who implemented LAWS and Order within The United States. Whining about a bogus p.t.s.d. status of being spanked by a parent who told them to go out and pick a switch to spank them? Do parents have a right to spank? The History of the cases of each investigation of photographs and gossip about ‘what happened to that person’? Might have raped and killed someone, have you checked the court cases within the library of congress? No they said, meanwhile they destroyed America with slander of our Confederate families while they fraud identities, careers, education. What was their birth name? Didn’t have one, where they were born they were not given names and description words of male and female were not even used. What’s your name? One wanted to be ‘bird’ another ‘flower’, when asking me what was that and I was sharing language skills to teach them how to communicate. No, it was not on the continent of North America. Not ok. Some call them gangs who shoot out car windows at people, and often have communicated with others to be present at those locations to take their purses and cars frequently before law enforcement has arrived. Someone in a squad car wearing a uniform got there? How many non-compliant personnel files exist in municipalities? A conversation that I have had on multiple occasions with Bill Gates. Can we fix it? Cannot find a police crime file within the database about 9-11 calls that have been broadcasted on the media, and a traffic citation has been written through override of software to re-assign a number? Intentional? Do the files jumble pertaining to a person receiving a traffic citation being confused with a known shooter who killed someone while shooting a gun out of a car window? Alot of questions. Do I have faith? You bet, I say YES without hesitation. Should the Immigration non-visa file be searched at each instance? Yes, and there is where we find Chaos Amuck. Pre-meditation of violence, commanding violence is a reason for Termination however before speaking public about it Investigating how someone slid through the psychological evaluation for the position to be empowered with such esteem from the community who respects the position occurs, I found a Supreme Court Justice had switched Lab DNA with one of my elder family members and has used his identity to include our joint bank account(s) and mine which that relative had opened for me late 1960’s.

I was on the phone with a #US military commander family member who was transporting criminals who had switched lab tests to travel there who are trying to work off a court sentence, and knowing that Aids, HIV-Syphillis- STD’s are in their file switched and the soldiers who volunteered also wanted to participate in peace to assist the courts. They were practicing #Russian accents, translations of phrases and sentences, He asked what can we do? A body of a family member still sitting in a car 2 1/2 weeks after he was shot because he has dual citizenship. What @NASA file folders is he in? Did someone switch his lab file to pervert justice and remain in the United States as his homeland file is corrupted with an identity thief who came to the United States as an orphan file child via Vietnam, who claims to be a Christian. Border Patrol Customs receives transport containers of people to include Military Personnel who deserve medical treatments, and may be inside clinging onto life when transporting by Air causes more health detriment and may kill them due to altitude changes. Whether he is alive or not I question, as one of his places of employment was bombarded by gunfire this past Saturday night in downtown Dallas. Sentencing ‘less than’ by a jurist frequently occurs when the perpetrator of a crimes identity has been switched and that person may have had career requirements to do a job and was wrongfully accused. Was it the innocent person who was doing their job whose equipment was retrieved, or had it been someone who was switched in the LE files who was using their identity, as gossip within the prison system with the false accusation and wrongful sentence of guilt spins among the prison population stirring anger that promotes anxiety which may push them to shank-harm-kill a person. Instead of reducing a sentence when innocence is known, the case is to be thrown out at ANY time. Investigations to provide evidence that exonerates a person who was wrongfully accused and convicted occur and it is the JOB of the appellate court to release them and apologize, NOT to claim that it doesn’t matter or does not change the CASE. Often knowing it was a different person, not knowing who or not enough evidence to arrest? Cant place them at the scene however know that there were alibis that had to be lies.. lies.. lies.. particularly when confessions were made and recorded whether on a phone conversation or to another person who is a member of clergy! Technology is a powerful tool. Classification Matters! Why would someone in such an important position not have access to the requirements to do the job? A background check did not provide it! Criminals released because they received a light sentence being accused of a crime, which was not a crime according to the profession of the job tasks they are required to do, having been incarcerated and magisterium provides determination of guilt is supposed to transfer the case to a different judge who has the qualified background to analyze the situation. Unfortunately, the system is amuck with many who do not have Classification for their positions. Instead of throwing out a case where LE knows has determined guilt, the case tried generally having more crimes against the accused when a classified file exists, normally has anonymous testimony to include the #tips and investigation team who for safety reasons are not to be publicized. Those classified in cases are members of the #complaint aka the #Antifa. Having heard ‘to kill’ from the members of the judiciary who do not have knowledge of BASIC terminology of the system, or is it sabotage to empower by those who spin to disrupt to empower, the moot status to recuse may exist with facts that basic requirements and errors compel further search.
Meanwhile, accusations of tampering to sabotage and disrupt our system does not warrant #sanctions which are Not legal when the consequences of actions being dictated are causing the instances occurring. Warnings being announced include #compliance matters to Stop and Desist actions that are causing Dis temperament. Demanding banks and property seized, when Ownership by dual-citizens who promote peace is disrupting the #swift ability to share data. The #Swift = The Internet. Who is choosing to bankrupt and cease financial transactions into The Economy. Once again, International Law exists and perversions of justice occurs. The Oligarchy, people who have dual citizenship at times with multiple Nations must pass the United Nations and The NATO requirements to assist PEOPLE. Once again, the sabotage of definitions and terms is causing devastation which must STOP. Attempts to stop transfers of money while identity switching planned to re-route bank accounts is not tolerable.
